S0 its been a long week since I last posted things are getting preeety busy at Uni here in Glasgow but the weather is improving meaning more bike riding opportunity!! woop!
Still it was gutting to see Scotland lose out to Wales after playing an amazing game of Rugby on Saturday... unlucky guys but hopefully they can keep playing like they did.
On the biking side of things check out the Coastal Crews new webisode it's awesome!

Hey everyone happy new year!
Christmas this year was crazy we had so much snow, which did ruin my plan to get 3 weeks of riding in before coming back to University in Glasgow but it did mean I got to ski around Peebles, it was definitely satisfying skiing down a road past people trying to drive up it :) .

Ok, so I know its been all summer since I last wrote
something here but its just been mad crazy with loads of cool fun stuff
happening and its time for an update!
So since The world cup and finishing the pump track in June we have been
involved with the National Crosscountry and Downhill Championships at
Innerleithen which displayed some of the UKs finest racing talent, despite the
rain on Saturday things dried up on Sunday for some great racing well done to
locals Grant, Katie Lewis K and Lewis B for all getting medals this year you
guys pinned it!
Trail Fairies
We have also been hard at work sprinkling some dust with the Trail Fairies at
Glentress with some awesome Wednesday night maintenance sessions, rides and
BBQs, and Barbaras fantastic cakes too! Work has including the work on Zoom or
Bust....

We have
also managed between times to get out and actually ride our bikes around the
hills discovering loads of hidden trail gems here are just a few photos of some
